The Directors and Senior team have been operating care homes and providing consultancy services for many years having established strong reputations for providing a professional service, and delivering exceptional results under challenging conditions.
Our primary objective is to introduce an effective system of management through which we can improve business performance and at the same time drive up standards of client care, we have a proven track record of turning under performing homes into high quality and commercially successful units. We do not believe that commercial success should be at the expense of high standards of quality care.
Over the past 15 years we have operated in excess of 350 homes in total of which 200 were insolvency situations, handling everything from resolving regulatory and contracting difficulties, arranging continuity of suppliers, book-keeping and monthly management reporting, to recruitment and training of staff and implementation of care quality and management systems.
The specific challenges faced when taking over a home that has experienced a lack of investment over a long period of time, are well known to the Healthcare Solutions team. Our excellent relationship and reputation with the Regulatory bodies has played a key role in enabling us to meet these challenges in a constructive way.
